What documents should I bring to an event?
You are required to sign in before an event and we may ask for a valid Photo ID. Your course materials are all available in your account online and there is WiFi Internet access at the venue if you wish to bring a laptop, tablet or mobile device.
If you are required to bring any additional documents, you will be notified beforehand.
Is there a dress code?
No, all we ask is that you dress comfortably.
Is there a group discount?
Yes, we do offer discounted rates for groups of 4 or more attendees. Please email us or give us a call at: 845-287-3874 for more information.
What if I can't attend an event I am registered for?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we understand that plans can change at the last minute. We are more than happy to simply exchange your ticket for another future CLE Seminar that we host, at no additional cost to you.
If you wish for a refund instead of being rescheduled, no problem. Please feel free to email us or to contact us at (845) 287-4445 and one of our representatives will help you.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with one or all of the courses you purchase through us, we offer a full refund for any courses not taken. Refund request must be made over the phone with a customer service or sales representative. Email requests will not be awarded a refund.
Once a course is in progress, it is considered used and can no longer be refunded. This policy is due the current system for tracking credits. If for some reason there is a problem with the course that cannot be corrected, it is possible to switch courses or get a credit towards a future purchase. However, cash refunds will not be given for a course once that course is started.
Customers should allow 24-48 hours after a refund request is made for the changes to be noted in the account. Please feel free to contact us at (845) 287-4445 and one of our representatives will help you.
Why do I need an account?
Prior to attending any of our events or accessing our online lectures, you must create an account in order to complete the registration process. Your account will serve as your go-to place to access your course agenda, course materials, billing information and your CLE Certificates.
How do I create an account?
To create an account you simply have to click on the link labeled “My Account” on the very top right of this page. From there you will be prompted to either Sign-In if you already have an account or to Register a New Account.
How do reset my password?
If you have forgotten your account password, simply hit the reset my password and you will be emailed further instructions.

Can only veteran or experienced attorneys attend?
All of our lectures are designed to provide you with procedural guidance, how-to’s, sample forms, and best practices so you can build a strong starting point or receive a practical refresher for an existing practice.
I need credit for additional jurisdictions.
If you would like to earn credits for additional jurisdictions, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to ensure that your requirements are met.

In the states where we are not yet an accredited provider, or where accredited provider status does not exist, we submit all of our lectures to the appropriate state CLE Boards for individual course accreditation. How do I access the course materials?
Once you have created an account and have successfully registered for an event, you will be granted access to the course materials within your account dashboard. The course materials will be made available in PDF format.
To access your account, please look at the very top right of this page and you will see a link labeled “My Account”.
How do I obtain a certificate after completing a program?
Once a program has been completed, you will be granted access to your CLE Certificate within your account. If you have any questions or issues retrieving your CLE Certificate, please email us or give us a call at: 845-287-4445.
How long will I be able to access my certificates after completing a program?
