In this two day Seminar our seasoned faculty will provide you with the ins and outs of the justified use of deadly force, legal gun ownership, the laws of concealed carry, possessory offenses, Federal Firearms Licensees (Gun Dealers), the ethics of gun ownership/ armed defense, and how to protect your and your clients’ gun rights.
This program is offered live in-Person at Harrisburg Hunters and Anglers Association in Harrisburg PA.
Totaling 720 minutes of live continuing legal education credits, including 120 minutes in Ethics, designed for all levels of attorneys.

Michael Antonio Giaramita, Jr. is the founder of The Gun Law Firm with locations in the Philadelphia and Harrisburg areas. He is the author of Pennsylvania Gun Law: Armed & Educated . Giaramita has given over 1,000 lectures on gun laws to attorneys, government officials, law enforcement officers and concerned citizens alike. Brett J. Riegel, Esq., is a founding member of ARM Lawyers and an avid supporter of the 2nd Amendment. Brett has handled hundreds of criminal matters, including many which proceeded to trial, in fourteen (14) different judicial districts in the Common Pleas Courts of Pennsylvania, and seven (7) different judicial districts in New Jersey, as well as the Federal District Courts of the Middle District and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Brett has handled appellate matters before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and before the Federal 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court. Gilbert Ambler, Esq. Focuses on constitutional issues and criminal defense throughout Virginia and in central and western Pennsylvania, with many of his cases involving weapons or self-defense related issues. He also has experience representing both individuals and Federal Firearm Licensees (FFLs) in compliance with the ATF. Gilbert is a contributor to multiple firearms blogs, has taught CLE (continuing legal education) to other attorneys on the subject of firearms law, and has been a featured guest on radio programming to discuss important constitutional concepts. Gilbert is also one of the founding members of the American Council of 2nd Amendment Lawyers (see 2alawyers.org). He is author of “Virginia Gun Law” part of the Armed and Educated book series, and co-author of “The Ultimate FFL Resource Guide,” a comprehensive guidebook for Federal Firearm Licensees. Gilbert has represented several firearm organizations, including Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners Foundation, and the Virginia Citizens Defense League. Richard S. Roberts, Jr. is an associate of Zator Law and experienced trial attorney who concentrates his legal practice in criminal defense with years of courtroom experience in Pennsylvania. We understand that you may have a reporting deadline and that you would like to make sure your time was well spent which is why immediately after attending one of our programs we provide you with a Certificate of Attendance as proof that you have satisfied a number of your CLE credits. If you are admitted to practice in Pennsylvania we submit your credits directly to the PA CLE board (PACLE) the same day of the event.
