Program Overview

In this one day program our seasoned faculty will provide you with procedural guidance, how-to’s, sample forms, and best practices so you can build a strong starting point or receive a practical refresher for an existing Legal practice.

This program consists of a combination of 3 LIVE lectures each 2 hours in length VIA WEBCAST ON ZOOM.COM with a moderator present totaling 360 minutes of live continuing legal education credits, including 120 minutes in Ethics, designed for all levels of attorneys.

This one-day program will satisfy attorney credits for both Newly Admitted and Veteran Attorneys who are admitted in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey* or New York*.

• PA – 4.0 General + 2.0 Ethics = 6.0 LIVE CLE Credits

This program is fully accredited by Pennsylvania, please contact us if you wish to satisfy CLE requirements for additional jurisdictions.

*New York & New Jersey attorneys may count towards their NY/NJ CLE credit requirement through participation in out-of-state courses under New York’ & New Jersey’s Approved Jurisdiction policy. PA credits are 100% accepted in NY, NJ, CA, via CLE reciprocity.

Instant Certification

We understand that you may have a reporting deadline and that you would like to make sure your time was well spent which is why immediately after attending one of our programs we provide you with a Certificate of Attendance as proof that you have satisfied a number of your CLE credits.

If you need to report to other states, this Certificate of Attendance can be used for self-reporting your credits.

For attorneys admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, we submit your credits directly to the PA CLE system on the same day as the event.

Course Materials

Once you register for the program, the course materials will be sent to you as an attachment with your Zoom invite and will also be provided during the event. You can access the course materials from a computer, tablet or phone.
