Program Overview
In this one day program our seasoned faculty will provide you with procedural guidance, how-to’s, sample forms, and best practices so you can build a strong starting point or receive a practical refresher for an existing practice.
This program consists of 360 minutes of live continuing legal education, including 60 minutes in Ethics, designed for all levels of attorneys.
This one-day program will satisfy attorney credits for both Newly Admitted and Veteran Attorneys who are admitted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or New York*.

Credit Breakdown
- PA – 5.0 General + 1.0 Ethics = 6.0 CLE Credits
- NJ – 6.0 General + 1.0 Ethics = 7.0 CLE Credits
- NY * – 6.0 General + 1.0 Ethics = 7.0 CLE Credits
This program is fully accredited by Pennsylvania and New Jersey, please contact us if you wish to satisfy CLE requirements for additional jurisdictions.
*New York attorneys may count towards their NY CLE credit requirement through participation in out-of-state courses under New York’s Approved Jurisdiction policy.
Instant Certification
We understand that you may have a reporting deadline and that you would like to make sure your time was well spent which is why immediately after attending one of our programs we provide you with a Certificate of Attendance as proof that you have satisfied a number of your CLE credits. If you are admitted to practice in Philadelphia we submit your credits directly to the PA CLE board no later than 48 hours after an event.
Course Materials
Once you have registered for the program the course materials will be made available online in your account. Please be advised that we will NOT have physical copies of the course materials at the event. The venue will have Wi-Fi available so you can access the course materials from a computer, tablet or phone.

The event is being held at the Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center located at 800 E Park Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
The venue has free parking. We will have coffee throughout the day and a light breakfast available in the morning.
